During project planning and execution we define necessary interfaces between sub-sections and different lots taking efficiency and effectivity aspects into account. In case of a possible integration unnecessary interfaces will be eliminated. During project execution we control the defined interfaces in order to ensure best possible coordination and execution.

Objective – Procurement Management is key for project and enterprise success. The procurement team supports all other involved parties regarding availability of commodities and resources in time and therefore contributes significantly achieving project and company targets.
