Interface Management

During project planning and execution we define necessary interfaces between sub-sections and different lots taking efficiency and effectivity aspects into account. In case of a possible integration unnecessary interfaces will be eliminated. During project execution we control the defined interfaces in order to ensure best possible coordination and execution.

Our supervision provides transparent control of execution according schedule requirements. In case of deviations we act and escalate immediately.
